I went to the shop because my co-workers have been raving about how good the donuts were at Jim's Donut Shop. The Donuts were good however; when I got home I noticed that there were tiny bugs in the box that she put the Donuts in. I immediately went back to the shop and the employee apologized and gave me another batch of Donuts (1dozen, which I purchased in the beginning). My disappointed came in when she did not offer anything to me for the bugs being in the box. This would warrant additional donuts given or even not charging me for the donuts.
