Made a pick up order with a friend, asked to get a little of their lemon pepper on the side because my friend is allergic and we can’t put it all over the food .. and they said no, then pulled the chain of the lemon pepper out of reach while making comments we couldn’t hear. Didn’t get the name of the man but that was completely unreasonable regarding the allergy. And we asked if they had packets to go. I'd advise ordering online to basically eliminate the wait time. I go to the order pick up side and I am out quickly. Parking is limited and can be a hassle on Friday late afternoon through early evening. Me and my wife bought the six piece wing and catfish nuggets. They left off 2 of my wings and 3 of hers. When we called back,they said we had to contact door dash. Maybe the door dash people ate our wings.? I'm not sure. Either way, somebody is responsible. Since it came from jj's,I'm giving my review.

I think this is the best J&J's in the city.Food is always good and The customer service is good as well. Whenever I present an issue, I never receive a defensive response. They just do their best to resolve it.

I ordered the large shrimp plate. It was good. I'll take a star because it's served with cocktail sauce when fried shrimp is typically served with tartar.
Delicious hot food! I got the catfish and wings combo. They prepare it just the way you request it. I appreciate that!
