I wanted to try something new for breakfast, and landed on JJIN Toast. I got the Ham Cheese Toast for $10.99, Dalgona Game dessert (Star! for $3.50 and a can of diet-coke for $2.50 on DoorDash. It was pretty yummy, there wasn 't anything wrong with the sandwich/order so I gave it 4/5 because it just didn 't WOW me, but I think I 'd like to try different flavours. The Dalgoma dessert was yummy and fun to attempt! I can 't speak to the service or atmosphere since I got delivery, but the food is worth a try! The Ham and Cheese Toast is truly delightful: it features two thick slices of milk bread, generously coated in butter and pan-fried to a perfect crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy on the inside. Nestled between these crispy slices is a classic combination of ham and cheese, complemented by sweet and tangy pickled veggies, cabbage, and a drizzle of honey Jjin sauce.
Been wanting to try one of their sandos ever since they open this location. I went last week and tried The Potato which is relatively new to their menu. It had egg, a hash brown, corn with ketchup and cheese sauce. The corn was cooked in the egg which I thought was a fun touch. The bread is made in-house and is light and crisp. I will be back to try a different sando soon!
