I decided to bring my client to Jo-jo's Italian Grille on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. It's worth mentioning that my client has a mental disability, as this can sometimes affect how people in the service industry interact with her. However, the waitstaff at this restaurant were exceptional! My client felt very comfortable and appreciated how friendly everyone was. I encouraged her to share her positive experience with the waiter, as feedback often tends to focus on the negatives, and it's just as important to highlight the good. Took my client here by her choosing today. She has a type of mental handicap and that's important bc most times people in that type of business aren't as kind. The waiters here were AMAZING!!! SOO much so my client felt the need to say to me I feelcomfortable Here and they are so nice. So I suggested she tell the waiter herself since most only hear bad reviews and it'snice to give compliments! She did so....she felt so safe and comfortable to actually speak aloud to a stranger. The food was sogood but the atmosphere made it so much better and I personally Thank u JoJo Waiters....we'll be back! Today at 1245p sat in thefrontl left 2top!
I was there at Jo Jo's Pleasantville to eat a late lunch last week 5/5/2022. And the bread was complimentary. I came back to have an early dinner a couple of days ago and the bread was $3.50. I understand bread and butter costs your company some money. Yet be consistent and if bread is no longer included with dinner. Please let us know there is a charge now although I feel bread and butter should be included with dinner. It is unfair to charge one day and not the next 3.50 is pricy for 4 tiny rolls. Or I will go to The Touch of Italy rather then your establishment. Thank you.
I don?t know who the guy is that answers the phone doing take out but he?s so freaking nice . Called back to make a few adjustments ? knowing that?s a pain in the ass? he wasn?t one bit annoyed . So kind and the food is always so good ! Not tomention they are always open later then any place around it?s crazy ! Some places say on their website they?re open and you?llfinally pick something off the online menu just to call and not get an answer. So Annoying Never ordering from anywhere else .Friendly service, good food , great hours ! Thanks jo Jo?s

I've been a loyal customer of Jo-jo's Italian Grille for years, and even though my orders can be a bit complex, they typically get it right. However, in my last two orders, I received different items from the menu than I expected. Despite that, the food remains fantastic—my pets love it too! My favorite dish is the fried eggplant, paired with buffalo mozzarella and a drizzle of roasted garlic and olive oil. Even though it wasn't served as intended, the quality of the food is still amazing!
I love the happy hour menu and the food in general is always legit if you want Italian American comfort food this is always a neighborhood go to. a little more pricey than other stuff in the area but it's worth it. Good portion size and great flavorVegetarian options: They have a couple vegetarian options egg plant rollatine. Veggie wraps and sandwiches the food is always fresh and on point..
I ordered eggplant parmigiana takeout. The pasta was way overcooked and the eggplant was way undercooked. The eggplant clearly was not homemade, it was the perfectly round frozen thick patties you find in the grocer?s freezer. When I bit into a hard pieceof bay leaf, that was it I had to throw the entire thing in the trash. The little container of soup was tasty. $27.00 ofgarbage.
What a fantastic time, food was cooked perfectly the team was so kind and racing around smoothly. What a new refreshing place to eat again, used to be my goto place for margarita pizza the extremely few that know how to make it authentic. And not this amazing dinner spot for steak :0)

My friend and I always make it a point to have a dinner night at Jo-jo's Italian Grille during our annual trip to the coast. The food and service are outstanding! You absolutely have to try Omas meatballs; they are incredibly tasty! We've visited twice and can't wait to go back!
Every time I come in it’s a different story. Charge for bread dont charge 350 for bread. Make up your mind. Bread should come with the meal not be 3.50 for a roll.
