I brought my client here on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. She has a mental disability, which is important to mention because, unfortunately, people in the service industry can sometimes be unfriendly. However, the waitstaff at this restaurant were incredible! My client expressed how comfortable she felt and how nice everyone was. I encouraged her to share her positive experience directly with the waiter, since feedback often focuses on the negatives, and it's important to acknowledge the good as well. I was there at Jo Jo's Pleasantville to eat a late lunch last week 5/5/2022. And the bread was complimentary. I came back to have an early dinner a couple of days ago and the bread was $3.50. I understand bread and butter costs your company some money. Yet be consistent and if bread is no longer included with dinner. Please let us know there is a charge now although I feel bread and butter should be included with dinner. It is unfair to charge one day and not the next 3.50 is pricy for 4 tiny rolls. Or I will go to The Touch of Italy rather then your establishment. Thank you.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and while my orders can be a bit complicated, they always get it right. However, in my last two orders, I received different menu items than expected. Despite that, their food is fantastic—my pets love it too! I especially enjoy my favorite dish: fried eggplant with a side of buffalo mozzarella and a drizzle of roasted garlic and olive oil. It may not have been served as intended, but the food is still amazing!
they were in a position and knew they were under the knew leadership. we had supplied warm water with soap bubbles on the upper side in a carafe, not many tables sat, 0 people at the bar, all regular employees went, and no hostess. (a man has brought out a new pitcher with cold water before we had to ask at all) our server was very nice and attentive with the review. eating was ok, definitiw not the same quality as before. I love the happy hour menu and the food in general is always legit if you want Italian American comfort food this is always a neighborhood go to. a little more pricey than other stuff in the area but it's worth it. Good portion size and great flavorVegetarian options: They have a couple vegetarian options egg plant rollatine. Veggie wraps and sandwiches the food is always fresh and on point..
Very, very good place to eat. Their stuffed pizza is out of this world. Two slices would satisify a hearty appetite. Staff very are very friendly and accomadating. Service was quick and waitress was alwsys ready to refill our drinks. Price was surprisingly low for what we got. It did deed four people with two slices left for family member at home.
What a fantastic time, food was cooked perfectly the team was so kind and racing around smoothly. What a new refreshing place to eat again, used to be my goto place for margarita pizza the extremely few that know how to make it authentic. And not this amazing dinner spot for steak :0)
My friend and I always have to schedule a dinner night during our annual trip to the coast. The food and service are exceptional! Omas meatballs are a must-try; they are unbelievably delicious! We've been there twice and can’t wait to return! Réservez une table maintenant
