Durante nuestras vacaciones en El Hierro fuimos dos días a comer a Joapira. La primera vez llamamos el día antes para reservar e informarnos sobre las opciones veganas disponibles. Comimos en la agradable terraza, en la primera ocasión disfrutamos de una ensalada de quinoa roja con fruta, risotto de setas, tofu con pesto y berenjenas asadas, garbanzos salteados con verduras... todo exquisito, a nuestros hijos también les encantó la comida. El segundo día la cocinera nos sorprendió con unos jugosos falafel con salsa, una nueva ensalada para compartir, unos platos completos con arroz rojo, verduras estofadas y seitán... incluso disfrutamos de un bizcocho de postre y fruta tropical. We ended up in this bounty restaurant after we couldn't go to another one because they were 14 people and it turned out a lot of success. I had a really nice meal and although it only provided a short time to eat, the staff was very adaptable and recommended an excellent vegan option from the (omni) menu. the food was beautifully presented and the view of the church and about the city is great.
