The service at this restaurant is excellent. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and eager to assist. This is my second visit, with the first one being some time ago. The food was decent this time around. The chicken was moist and the breading was tasty. The mac and cheese was mediocre. I added some hot sauce from the table, which improved the flavor slightly. The banana pudding was just okay. Additionally, the floors at this restaurant are always sticky, which is a bit off-putting as my feet kept getting stuck.
Do you like Zaxbys or Canes? Joellas is way better and more southern. We tried a quarter dark and 2 jumbo tenders. The chicken was perfectly cooked and our favorite sauces were the spiked honey and the pimento Ranchero. All of our sides, parm fries, mac ncheese, and the COLLARDS were delicious as well. We will be looking for more locations to visit. Manager treated us very welland let us try additional sauces with our meal since it was our first time. Great first experience!
Chicken delish. Had grilled tenders and fried quarter dark. Hot and freshly cooked. Sides kinda meh. Not my idea of good green beans. Parm/asiago fries were loaded. Prob just should have had the regular fries. Chicken served on slice of white bread, not sure why they bother. Went Sat afternoon and had place to ourselves. Staff were great though. Appreciate their guidance not having been there before

The food at this restaurant was delicious, served quickly, and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed that everything was either room temperature or cold. The spiciness of the sauces was not as intense as described, as they were not nearly as hot as I had expected.
