Hey everyone, it seems like your online reputation is taking a hit, especially on social media. There's clearly some validity to these concerns, which is why I'm sharing this here in hopes that you will see it. I won’t go into the specific complaints people have been voicing and posting pictures of, but it appears you could use some improvements. Perhaps focusing on order accuracy and a freshness check on all items before they go out would be beneficial. It’s not too late to turn things around!
Absolutely terrible experience. I called ahead for pick up and they said ready in 10 mins. I get there 15 mins later and my order wasn?t even made yet. They said my ticket didn?t come through but every other ticket seemed to come through so probably forgot to make it and you would think they would expedite my order but nope. Sat there for an extra 40 mins waiting for two sandwiches. Watched maybe 10 people come in after me and order and get their food before me. Than I got up
I tried when they first opened because the Brick location is spot on!! And I was yelled at by the manager because they forgot my side salad and I wouldn't drive back for it was snowing food was ehh then!! Fast forward almost 2 years and I decided to give them another chance because my son was home sick and wanted something special. Horrible is not the word I do not know how they are open! Tried this place again today. Woman with blue hair was impatient, had an attitude, and was rushing me through my order. I walked right out. I also asked for a flat bagel to be scoped out and she threw such an attitude. This will be last time I ever step foot in this business. Garbage . Bakin Bagels is much better right down the road. Friendly and better bagel. I am a local business owner and treat all of my customers with courtesy and speak nice to them. What a joke Bagel Réservez une table maintenant
Third review and it gets worse, not better. The bagel sandwiches have gone downhill. Each time we experienced problems from long wait times, wrong order, very little egg whites and stale bagels. Quality is not there as compared to other places. As you can see from earlier reviews my first bagel sandwich was very good but since I have not had a good one. We have tried to support and give a chance but at this point we will never go back and waste our money. Old review
I went there for the first time with my family and got two mini bagel with butter and lightly toasted I never had a worst bagel ever to greasy oily and my Tex-mex was disgusting i would recommend this place maybe because it just open I won?t be going there again wasted of my money!!! It took 25 minutes for something so simple I wouldn?t give them no stars at all I will stick with all stars bagel
It's a pleasant bagel shop, but they seem to make quite a few errors. Vegetable cream cheese on a blueberry bagel? Everything seasoning on a French toast bagel? Asking for scallion cream cheese only to receive plain? If this is what you consider a great bagel shop, then you might enjoy it. Otherwise, I suggest taking a slightly longer drive down Route 9 to Bakin’ Bagels near Sundae’s.
Wish I could give you guys 5 stars, but you get 2. Extra star because the food is atleast decent. Quickly overshadowed by the rude stuff and weekly order mess ups. Shame since it’s so close I wish the staff would atleast try to be personable and read the tickets for the food they are making. Réservez une table maintenant
