Joe's Crab Shack

My family and I went to my husband's birthday I reserved online for a party of 8, when we were there about 15 of us, and I guess the manager or who was ever responsible was upset and let us combine another table and the waitress was not very pleasant either their attitude was ugly. The food was good, we had a good time, only the vibes at this point were not there.

They are short on employees, but the people they have are great. The waiter we've been since 2010. Great service of him (we had a party of 12). The food was really, really good. I'm glad it's not a busy place, but I want it to stay open because the people they have.

I have a heavy milk allergy and the staff made sure everything I was served was safe. It took a few trips to ask the cooking questions, but they took care of me and our table. Can't thank them enough to make sure I was safe and we all had a good meal / time!

Great customer service I believe our server name was Koby Nice Friendly Food was delicious

The food lacked taste and my server always took smoke breaks on the terrace.
