Joe's Italian Restaurant Bar

I'm older and have eaten at alot of places at all price points. I can honestly say that Joe puts his heart into this place. When I was looking at his restaurant, I noticed he served seafood and pizza. I inquired to Joe if he could make me a clam pie like in New Haven. He said sure but he wanted to be there to make as it was off menu. It really hit the spot. I asked several Italian restaurants if they could do this and none was interested. You will work hard to find this pizza east of New Haven. All the food we tried was prepared with care, generously portioned and delicious. Food and service were great. We were devout Peppinos regulars in Mission Viejo. If you miss that place, this can be your new go-to! Menu has same delish dishes including the creamy Italian dressing. Hubby loves the pizza here and always orders enough to have it for several days. I had the cioppino tonight and it was great-flavorful broth and lots of seafood in it! Nice and warm on this windy chilly night! Our other favorites are baked ziti and spaghetti and meatballs! There's really something for everyone here!

The food, service, ambiance and entertainment all 5 stars. Top notch!!! You can sit in the bar area and watch the game, visit with friends or look out the big window and watch Elvis perform on the patio! Also, there's indoor seating, patio seating and bar seating all not to disappoint! The food is amazing every time!

Brought my family from out of state to Joe's for dinner, and they shared that the calzone they ordered is the best they ever had. Everything we had was delicious. We look forward to our next visit. Staff team, thank you as your service was excellent. Réservez une table maintenant

Undeniably one of the best Italian restaurants around. Joe completely gets it all the way around. Between staff, ambience, and excellent food, it all makes for a recipe of a great night out with friends or date night!A must go!
