We arrived late on Sunday and found this restaurant through a Google search. It was one of the few places open until 10 PM. The location is spacious and offers outdoor seating with heaters. We were seated right away thanks to the ample staff, and our order was taken promptly. There was always someone nearby whenever we needed assistance. Our waiter provided excellent recommendations! One dish I am not fond of is the rice plates, particularly the shrimp cake, which has a wrap with a texture reminiscent of cardboard. The place tends to get quite crowded during peak hours, despite its spacious layout.
You can conveniently place your order from your table using a QR code and even customize your dish. A bit frustrating, though, is that you have to pay for your order immediately, and they request a tip at that time as well. This can feel awkward since you haven’t even received service from a waiter yet. If this bothers you, it's best to refrain from using the QR code.

We are Vietnamese and want to try Phở here, Joe's Pho. When we looked on the menu, we saw Phở Tom shrimp, broccoli, carrot,...OMG, Vietnamese doesn't have this kind of Phở, we're disappointed. Anyway, we called for Phở, P1....now, we are a little more disappointed, it is not really authentic Vietnamese phở. For the little weird and strange some kind of Phở Tom Broccoli Carrot, and the not really autheintic of pho and with a little stiff price...we are not come back here for Phở.
We enjoyed our meal while listening to Bee Gees music and watching various channels on the television screens—definitely a unique experience. Our server was exceptional. I ordered a banh mi sandwich and egg rolls, and he kindly let us order the child-sized beef pho and child-sized chicken bun. He noticed that our children's meals didn't come with vegetables, so he brought us plates of veggies to complement the dishes. Everything was delicious!
This is one of the best Bun Bo Hue dishes I’ve ever had, and the service was fantastic for a Vietnamese restaurant! They even offer complimentary freshly fried shrimp chips. My Bun Bo Hue was loaded with meat, and the noodles were wonderfully chewy, making the higher price feel justified. However, I think a better value would be the version that includes ribs!
Joe's Pho offers an impressive selection of dishes, including a variety of pho, noodles, and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They also serve boba tea and drip coffee. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, which is understandable given the current inflation, you can expect to spend around $25 per person.

The service was fantastic, and the Vietnamese food was outstanding. I can honestly say that the grilled chicken banh-mi is the best I've ever had. It's a must-try! I also recommend dipping the banh-mi in the soup for an extra delicious experience. Highly recommend! Food: 5/5
