I have reserved 6 people for New Year's Eve on November 16 at 20:00. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess told me that they took part in Open Table. I showed her the memory I had on my phone with all the details a minute before her conversation with yet she refused to take them reservations from Open Table. She said they didn't take part in months. She said they couldn't get through her computer that Open Table had blocked her. Again, I showed her my confirmation and asked why Open Table thinks they were participating. She then went to the manager and came back with the same answer and told us there is nothing she can do and we had to go in principle. No apology, no offer to come back another time and make it on us, nothing. The manager who was in the same room didn't even pass. They were just rude. Obviously not interested in keeping local customers. If I gave them negative stars. Why does Open Table believe that the restaurant accepted the reservation and why did I send confirmations?
