This restaurant has been a constant in my life for the past 25 years.One great attribute about this chain is their consistency in terms of food but the service is always a hit and miss. Our server was stoic but efficient.We ordered:Cocktail Caesar $6.25 9/10Peach Bellini $7 10/10 Hand Pressed Burger/ all the groceries, Certified Angus Beef , added mushroom cheddar bacon. Served with Truffle Parmesan Fried. $19.75 plus $3.25 for the mushroom cheddar bacon. This burger was exceptional. 10/10! The Truffle Parmesan Fries was served with grainy mustard aioli. 10/10! This should be MINUS 3 stars. ???(You can’t review with no stars checked off.)Smalls Sharing Chili Chicken, tempura style, cool cucumbers, chili sauce.Tempura is a popular Japanese cooking in which food is lightly battered and deep fried to create a light, fluffy but crispy coating. It uses significantly less oil and no breadcrumbs comparing to conventional batter.As you can see from the photo nothing in the dish is tempura style. The batter was hard!!! The chicken sizes were smaller than the cucumber cubes!!! The description should be Sweet Sour Battered Popcorn Chicken.

Came here today for a date and celebration with my girlfriend this evening, and was immediately greeted and shown to a table. Our server (Emily T) was amazing and kind, helped a bunch with my shellfish allergy, great conversations, made our date feel complete and perfect. We will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful dine in experience at joey’s. The food was flavourful, the quantity was great and the ambience is really nice.We tried Bombay tofu, chicken sandwich , yam fries and mojito.

Customer service is on point. The servers are really doing a great job. The food came fast and tasted great.
