We visited the John R Grill for lunch on a Friday and there was plenty of available seating. They offer a wide variety of food on their menu including breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees. I had a vegetable omelette with rye toast and it was very good especially for the reasonable price. They are also very fast. This cozy, clean, and quiet diner located near Detroit is a wonderful find. Joshy ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries, which he thoroughly enjoyed, along with a delicious chicken dumpling soup and some fresh bread on the side. It's clear that this place has a loyal local following and offers a nice change of pace. The breakfast prices are appealing as well, so we will definitely be back!
