if I could give zero stars, I would! to start this off, I am in the service industry so I can fully empathize with what servers have to go through on the daily. this doesn 't, however, excuse the experience I had at this restaurant. firstly, our server never brought us water, which okay, I get being too busy to remember but it was honestly ridiculous at a certain point. secondly (this is not the restaurants fault really it was incredibly loud, like deafeningly loud to the point where I just got up and paid and left before I even finished my food... which took 25 minutes because my server, whom I kept making eye contact with and waving at, kept getting distracted and not coming to my table to give me the bill. another issue was the in-house photographer that they have. she seemed nice but I had to tell her no very firmly 5 times(!! that I didn 't want to pay for a picture of myself at a rinky dinky burger joint that I 've been to probably thousands of times in my life. it was honestly very predatory behavior, and she even tried haggling with me over a literal picture of me and my partner sitting in a booth looking confused because we didn 't expect eating at a diner to be a whole photo op ordeal. I 'm sorry to say this but the service was awful. our server barely spoke to us or asked us if we needed anything and it was a chore to get her to our table if we *did* need anything. we must have been in there for an hour, all told. I asked her for a minute more to decide what I wanted to eat and she didn 't return for another 15 minutes. not to mention that the fries were flavorless and bland, as was the burger, also my boyfriends Hershey shake tasted like absolute garbage. you 're better off looking for a dennys or a McDonald 's somewhere off the freeway than going here. it 's better value, quicker service, and crazily enough it 's probably more flavorful.

Ordered a simple sausage and egg breakfast. Waited for over twenty minutes on an otherwise slow morning with only six tables of people and three servers. I went to manager and just asked for check for coffee I had all of the sudden the food materializes. Delay surely due to servers kidding around with each other instead of taking care of customers. Too many other options out there to go through this. TRUST ME, GO ELSEWHERE!

Had a really nice time here. Amazing service we were sat right away and our food came out fast and our server constantly checked on us. We even got our picture taken so we could have a memory to take home with us we’ll definitely be coming back

The burger was dry and burnt, same as the bun. So sad and disappointed. Specially since they’re not cheap. Fries were good tho.

Standingly vegan burgers, they even have Daiya cheese! The shake was super tasty like chocolate cake battery.
