I wasn’t impressed with this restaurant at first, but it has become my favorite! For a place with such affordable prices, the customer service is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and you’re treated with great respect. The staff takes the time to remember your order, so even if you’re in a rush one day, you can relax knowing they’ll take care of you. I’ve never experienced anything like it before! I absolutely love this place, and I know exactly what I want when I go.
I give this place 4 stars because they didn’t have any chocolate available (neither in the store nor as an option). They had a wide variety of coffee, but I'm not a coffee drinker. The food was delicious, and the staff was fantastic—very supportive and patient. The prices were reasonable too. I’ll definitely consider visiting again if I can make it back to this location.
It's been far too long—almost four years—since I visited my favorite Hamburger Malt location. They make the best malted shakes I've ever had, no matter where I've traveled! It's definitely worth the trip from anywhere.
