I went there last night with my wife and We got the chicken tenders with cheese fries. Now I’m a regular and she is too. when ever we come to Mohegan we always get dinner at Johnny’s and always get a banana chocolate shake. Well we haven’t been here in a while do to family issues. So the first thing the gentleman that took are order didn’t do right was give me my change back it was like 3 dollars it was the tip I planed on giving him but I had to ask for it because. It wasn’t giving to me. Then we left went up stairs once to are room we sat down to eat we opened the cheese fries and the melted cheese wasn’t melted it was hard which I found to be really weird. I recently visited Johnny's Rockets at Mohegan Sun and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I ordered five plain cheeseburgers and two chicken tenders, and I have to say, the food was subpar at best. The cheeseburgers were dry and lacked flavor, while the chicken tenders were overcooked and tasted like cardboard.The ordering process was a nightmare. I waited in line for a staggering 20 minutes, only to be met with chaos and disorganization. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were struggling to keep up with the orders.To make matters worse, the tables where I waited for my order were disgustingly dirty and greasy. The last 2 visits we were lucky enough to have Beth as our server. Beth is a genuinely happy and upbeat person. She is welcoming, friendly, smart and has a great sense of humor. She is also very observant and attentive. We can tell she really loves her job. It was so fun that she did the ketchup smiley for us. A lot of your traditions fell off since you opened that our family and a lot of customers were excited to be a part of. Beth really made us smile. We look forward to our next visit!!Thanks Beth! On feb. 25th 2024, My family and I ordered 3 orders of chicken tenders, reg onion rings , and a bacon cheeseburger , The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I feel like he was racist . I’m not sure of his race but he looks Chinese or Asian and he was totally rude and sarcastic. I spent over 50.00 and I don’t appreciate being treated like this . However the waitress was very respectable and diffused the situation . I recommend him being in the back of the house not the front .

We have always loved coming here but after having Beth tonight? We love it even more!! She’s so knowledgeable and personable and showed my kids a great time every time she stopped by the table as well! We will be asking for her every time we go now! Dietary restrictions: My mother has celiacs and Beth was so helpful in not only making sure that she was not served anything that had gluten in it but so understanding of it!
The grilled chicken sandwich was a complete disappointment. I couldn't even tell if it was chicken; it looked like a strange white slab of something. It seemed microwaved rather than grilled. My son's Oreo shake was watery and tasted freezer burnt. I should have just gotten a shake next door at Ben and Jerry's—my mistake, kid. The staff were unresponsive. I won't be going to Johnny Rockets again.
If your going to replace real food with nasty processed food maybe you should warn the costumers before they spend their hard earned cash on chicken tenders they can buy from McDonald’s Im sure it was the DM’s choice probably trying to save a dollar!! well new flash buddy ITS NASTY!!!! NO ONE LIKED IT!!!!! Not even my boys and they will eat anything!!!!! so disappointed!!!!
The burgers are overpriced for what you receive. The atmosphere is chaotic even when the restaurant isn't busy, and the food is not up to par. I'd recommend dining somewhere else where you can find better options.

Service was terrible, tables that were sat after us were eating before us!! Had to ask for our drinks, and our order was taken after three other tables that were sat after us… do not recommend!!
Workers There are the worst service i have ever been in a dinero place.. never coming back.
