The food is good (not always great) but it's expensive and it takes a while for simple things like pancakes or eggs. They're also always out of something. Every time I go they're out of something new. Although the workers are very friendly, they're slow. The tables are also dirty even first thing in the morning sometimes. It's also kind of expensive for what you get. Despite the five times that they've been out of what I want (a new thing each time and sometimes multiple things) they've never offered anything to make up for it.
Didn't think much of the place at first honestly but definitely my favorite restaurant right now. For a place that offers such affordable food I've never experienced this kind of customer service; its amazing. Clean, great atmosphere and you're treated with a high caliber of respect. Talking of customer service, they take the time to remember your order. So if you're in a hurry one day don't worry, they take care of you here. I've never had that before! I love this place. Literally walk in and they know you and what you want.
I’m giving this restaurant four stars because they didn’t have hot chocolate available (it's not in the store). There was plenty of coffee, but I’m not a coffee drinker. The food was good, and the staff was very helpful and patient. The prices are reasonable. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m able to make it to that area.
This location has had some troubles. In the past, the service was marginal (to be kind), but the food brought us back. It's been a few months, and the wait staff seems to have been changed out. Unfortunately, so has the food supplier.

It has been way too long, (4 years? since I have paid a visit to this... my all time favorite Hamburger Malt establishment. The very best Malted Shakes I have ever had Anywhere I have ever traveled!! Worth the trip from anywhere. ~V.
It took nearly an hour to receive a basic single patty burger, and when it finally arrived, the burger was soggy and the fries lacked crispness. They nearly forgot my milkshake as well.
During my visit for lunch on a Saturday, I noticed that there were only three staff members working. This made it not the best option for anyone looking for a quick meal.
We loved the waitress but the cooks were incredibly slow for only have two tables to cook for. It took 20 minutes to get our food.
