Johnny Z's Pizzeria

The pizza and cheesy bread were delicious. However, I was disappointed to be charged an extra $12 to make them vegan. I called in my order and requested vegan toppings, but was not told about the extra fee until I arrived. The toppings were from a vegan ranch. I used to frequent this restaurant when I was in the area. Vegan meat and cheese options did cost extra, making the overall meal pricey, but the food was still very tasty. I have updated my previous rating as of March 29, 2023.

locally in the seat and operation, so I love this right in front of the flea mouse. they offer milk-free cheese for their pizza and cheesebread and milk-free house made ranch. they also have meatless paprika, Italian sausage and ground bark. I tried everything, but the groundbeef tonight. the Chessebrot was a tiny bit bland, but I added some Italian flavor to the house and it was great, as well as great immersed in the vegan ranch. I'm so excited to have found this place!

A wonderful pizza place with delivery options. Vegan pepperoni and Violife vegan cheese are available. Also, vegan ranch. Delivery or pickup. Cute building with friendly staff. Delivery drivers are always nice. Highly recommended! Updated from previous review on 2021-11-05

I was happy to discover a family-owned restaurant that offers vegan menu options. They serve vegan cheese, vegan sausage, and vegan paprika, as well as green and black olives. The vegan Ranch Dressing is incredibly flavorful and has a strong garlic taste.

I love this place. You can basically order any kind of pizza vegan. also cheese-bread. we had guests over the weekend and ordered from the mc site (we had them several times before.) my father in law said it was the best pizza he had ever had anywhere.

I was searching for a great vegan Detroit style option and stumbled upon this restaurant. We tried the vegan pepperoni pizza with a side of vegan ranch and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely return for more. Réservez une table maintenant

I have to admit that I haven't been on my pizza since vegan. I found johnny z’s. they offer a milk-free cheese for their pizza. that will be mine now. it is local, friendly staff and resonable price!

Johnny Z’s is locally owned and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The pizza is fantastic and it’s great that they offer vegan cheese, as most places on the east side do not.
