Super disappointing experience with a delivery order. Person answering the phone was very short and then when asked about a pizza special from their website for that night he said that was no longer valid.The food took an hour to arrive. When we called after 45 mins he said it was on the way and that was it.Fettuccine Alfredo had Zero flavor or taste and was drowned in parsley. Was not a creamy sauce as one would expect, was completely dry.French fries were cold and soggy.The garlic bread with cheese did not resemble what one would expect and it was complete mush and included no dipping sauce.The pizza and chicken parm were okay but everything else was not good and was not eaten.
I mistakenly ordered through the wrong John's Best when using Slice and both John's Best locations wouldn't work with me to transfer the order. I was 45 minutes away from the location that received my order, while the one I physically showed up inrefused to accept the order. Slice wouldn't reverse the order either or credit me the $45. I made the mistake, but I'm shockedhow easily it could have been fixed, but wasn't. It's a shame because John's Best was my family's favorite pizza in the area andI've spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, though they'll never receive our business again because customer service isapparently not a priority.
Ok I don't understand the 4 star rating on this pizza shop, i got 2 personal pizzas, not sure what happened the pizza was so bland seems they forgot to salt the sauce the peppers and onions were also bland also the crust was soggy, the delivery servicewas spot on. But as far as the taste of the pizza I won't recommend it. As I read the other comments it would appear the thecooks are inconsistent, in their cooking so either they don't have a recipe that they follow or someone in the Kitchen just isdoing their own thing, but unfortunately that makes for inconsistent results and a lose of customers.
I?ve ordered from here twice and both times I was disappointed. The pizza is mediocre at best crust and sauce bland and watery. There are so many other good pizza places in town. Pizza is not there thing. I ordered a special the second time it was supposedto include a salad and bread it did not. No big deal I called figured they?d make it right. Instead the person on the phone gaveme an attitude and refused to refund me any amount and argued with me until I just hung up. Bad food bad service. Won?t waste mymoney here again that is for sure.

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The food lacked flavor; the fries tasted as if they were cooked in old, burnt oil. The chicken parmesan was bland and smothered in an unpleasant canned tomato sauce. There was only one person handling everything—cooking, packing orders, taking calls—and he was quite rude, clearly unhappy in his job, which showed in the overall taste of the food. Additionally, the place looked disorganized, from the entrance to the kitchen. The name certainly does not live up to the notion of being the best.
I ordered the buy-one-get-one large cheese pizzas for delivery via Uber Eats. We've ordered from this restaurant before, and our experiences have been inconsistent. The last time it was decent, but whoever made the pizzas last night definitely needs some retraining. They were absolutely terrible this time. The pizzas were burnt, overcooked, extremely thin, and barely had any cheese. They tasted awful. It was so disappointing that we're probably not going to risk ordering from here again.
Ordered food to be delivered and it was delivered except the delivery was missing the breads and side salads, so I called and they told me I could come in and pick up the salads, i said oh i cant i dont have a car thats why i had to order delivery andthe person on the other end said ?That sucks? and then they hung up on me. Well if thats the customer service of this shop, Iwill not be using them again
Its very difficult to mess up pizza but thats exactly what this Restaurant Did the pizza that I ordered was by far the worst pizza I have ever had respectfully . I apologize but thats my opinion

Ordered a Medium Cheese Pizza with two toppings which was fine but the Small Cheese Pizza actually was burnt on the bottom which was a disappointment as first time customers.
The food lacked flavor, and I'm really disappointed. I would have been better off making it myself.
