I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to this restaurant. However, when I returned alone for a second visit after work, there was only one other group there. Despite waiting for 40 minutes and being ignored by the staff who walked past me multiple times without taking my order, I had to leave and find another place to eat. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence and I will give them another try in the future. In response to the owner's reply: During my first visit, we were told to sit at the table and order there, so I assumed this was the standard practice. Not everyone's cup of tea but I loved it. They're based in an industrial estate and it doesn't look very inviting. But the food was good and it was nice inside. I think they mainly rely on deliveries but I'd recommend popping in. It's not quite like your average restaurant and that's probably why I liked it. There seemed to be less fakeness to it all. No stupid clutter on the walls. It lacked pretentiousness. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm going back. The only downside was the limited opening hours which leaves a narrow window to visit. Oh, and they didn't ask us if everything was ok, two f ing minutes after serving us our food. Five stars just for that.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today. I received a friendly greeting from the woman at the counter and the atmosphere was nice. The food came out quickly and we had a good laugh at the size of the meal I ordered. The food was served hot and I enjoyed every bite. I will definitely be returning next time I want a good breakfast or lunch. It was a great discovery.
