I highly recommend avoiding online orders at this location unless you're prepared for an extensive wait. I tried to skip the line by ordering online, but they insisted I pick up my meal at the drive-thru window. This approach is both frustrating and inefficient! Despite placing my order online, I still had to wait for all the walk-in customers to place and receive their orders before I could pick up mine. They really should implement a separate line for online pickups. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to call and cancel my order, as the line was so long. In the end, I was left waiting for over 45 minutes.

This Jollibee location is clean and the staff is friendly. I ordered the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo along with a Pineapple Quencher and a Peach Mango pie. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the spaghetti was just average. However, the Quencher and pie were absolutely fantastic. The prices felt a bit high for fast food, but it's definitely worth giving it a try.

I ordered the Jolly Spaghetti with two pieces of spicy chicken. They informed me that I would need to wait at least 14 minutes. I waited patiently, but when my order arrived, it came without napkins or proper cutlery. While the spaghetti was good, the wait was disappointing. I believe this branch needs to retrain its staff on fast food service standards!
In my opinion, Jollibee's Chickenjoy is among the best, if not the absolute best, fried chicken out there—especially when paired with the gravy! The palabok is excellent as well. The family bucket meal is perfect for a family of three, offering plenty of food and dessert for everyone, plus a little extra for a snack the next day.
The well-known Filipino fried chicken chain has finally opened in the 626 area. The service is quick and friendly, and the restrooms are clean, although there is only one stall for each gender. Some menu items are unavailable due to staffing shortages.
This location is very close to my house, but I've consistently found that the spicy Chickenjoy is always unavailable. The branches in LA and Eagle Rock always seem to have it in stock. I’m giving this place 2 stars only because of the management here.

I always get the spicy chicken joy with mashed potatoes and mango pies for myself and my family. I really appreciate that they only serve dark meat pieces (legs and thighs). The portions are generous, and the chicken is juicy and crispy.
