Been going here since they opened IT BREAKS MY HEART BUT I HAVE TO SAY MY TRUTH... AFTER GETTING THE WRONG FOOD. RETURNING BASICALLY BEING TOLD I WAS LYING ABOUT WHAT I ORDERED AND TREATED HORRIBLY BY THE STAFF. I MADE A YELP REVIEW EXPRESSING HOW BADLY I WAS TREATED BY STAFF AND HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS AS I LITERALLY HAVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE THE CURRENT OWNERS MOM THAT HAS SINCE PASSED ON, OPENED UP HER BUSINESS! I PATRONIZED ALL THROUGH SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL AS WELL AS MY ADULT LIFE! i LOVED JOLLY TAMALE THEN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE WAY A STAFF TREATED ME I HAD THE AUDACITY TO WRITE A REVIEW THEY PUT ME ON THEIR DO NOT SERVE LIST! SHAME ON YOU, JT!! HOW ABOUT SHOWING THE SAME LOYALTY TO US...
For years, we've enjoyed the 2 Sancho deal and have loved it. However, during our last three visits, we've noticed that the meat has had an unusual taste and hasn't been enjoyable at all. If Jolly reintroduces the old recipe, we would definitely return. I really miss the delicious experience I used to have when eating my sanchos.
Best Sanchos around!!!! Drove to Springfield for doctor appointment near Memorial and drove out to Dirksen to get sanchos to take back home! Had one last night for supper and have other one in the fridge!! Thay are awesome!!!!
It is drive thru only, which I fine but the lady, whom may be the manager or owner is rude. It is NOT a pleasant experience at the window. The food is okay but they will probably be on my list of not coming back. .

I've dined here multiple times and had no issues! However, tonight I decided to try something new, and it was a total disaster! I can't shake the feeling that I was eating a canned chicken taco!
The workers there were not being kind, instead they can cause you to feel bad, pressured, and when you tell them that there speaker is not working, they get irritated.
Food is decent, but they chose to never re-open their dining room and they're very rude about not letting you place multiple orders in a single vehicle.
They only have a drive-thru. The service was quick and friendly. The Sancho's were excellent, and the nachos were just as good.
