Excellent food. However, I am leaving a lower review because of the confusing rewards and ordering system. I started receiving emails from Jon Smith Subs after my first visit, and I eventually received a promo code for two free subs drinks or chips. I planned my dinner around this one day and tried to order in advance. The code did not work through Toast online ordering as advertised. I installed the Jon Smith Subs app on my phone and tried to order there instead. I was prompted to sign up for an additional rewards system, and after completing the enrollment the app told me there were no valid locations nearby to order from. Employees working on 3/10/2024 were lazy and careless. Sandwiches were made ridiculously wrong (paper inside sandwich, EXCESSIVE mustard), the fries were not fresh as they're claimed to be.

fantastic subs. I 'd highly recommend The Cuban , inside the restaurant is clean and employees are friendly and helpful.
