it is an elegant room with good acoustics and many outdoor seating when the weather is good. the service has the right formality. informal enough that I could fill my own weinglas, but formal enough to be brought new cute between appetizers and netzens. the house red is a reasonable £20 and very good for the price. light and fresh and floral eating was great. my companion had previously eaten the truffle gnocchi in the fishing area and we both knew we had to order it again. not traditional shape by being rolled out and cut into small right corner. pan rides so crisp on the outside and chew in the middle, which is my favorite texture...read more
Drinking in a morning tends to be reserved for special occasions – weddings, Christmas and the like, but recently it seems that boozy brunches have become the ‘it’ thing in London and I can’t wake up on a weekend scroll through my Instagram or Twitter feed without seeing several photos of some early bird who has woken up, got themselves dressed and presentable and out of the house to order brunch accompanied by a glass of prosecco all before I’ve managed to stumble to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. S,unday roast, it was a little 'cause. naive little I thought I'd eat this weekly since I moved to london. but it was not the case at all, I hardly get out of bed in the morning, at least on this Sunday my friends and I went to jones sons in dalston. originally we were here for a brunch, but when we arrived there, the lunch menu on Sunday was in full force.
a private courtyard with heating and a deck above the chair we do not need, and has a feeling. the team that works there is so beautiful and eating is delicious. thanks to the kitchen. gnocchi crab and asparagus stars were then lamm and ribeye wonderful. highly recommended. 10/10
