We five friends all went to Jones Outpost for the first time. The greeting hostess was super friendly and all was good from there. Our waitress was very knowledgeable. accommodating, attentive and friendly. I told her she could sell ice during an Alaska winter. This evening we all went for catfish and none were disappointed. Mushrooms and onion rings, hand breaded were our appetizers selected and they came quick and very hot temperature, appreciated by all. The potions were large, delicious and savory. I had heard wonderful things about this place, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The serving size was incredibly small, with just one roll for three people, and an additional one would cost $4. The scallops, which were around 4-5 ounces, were overly covered in bacon and grease, lacking any other flavor. To top it off, we were served canned vegetables—all for a $100 bill. Overall, it was not worth it.
We had an amazing meal last night! My sea bass was cooked perfectly, the presentation was fantastic, and the sweet potato hash was delightful. Everything was wonderful, and Glenn was equally pleased with his meal. A big shoutout to the chefs! Our server, Lizzie, was outstanding, and the busgirl was excellent too—my water cup was never empty! Thank you to everyone!
The entire experience was simply flawless! The restaurant itself is stunning! Tara, our server, was exceptional and very attentive. The food was absolutely incredible! My ribeye was cooked to perfection. I even took some of Mike's desserts home, and they were delightful! I can't wait to return! I will definitely recommend Jones Chop Shop to everyone!

Maybe some of the best food I’ve ever had not even kidding. Very unassuming from the outside, but once you go in you just kinda know you’re in for a great experience. Green light all day.
Mandy is a great bartender. Specialty cocktails were delicious. Kipper was a great waiter and the menu is outstanding. Will definitely be back soon! Great addition to the lake!!!
A new found restaurant that I will be sure to visit again.Great food and appetizers.Service was also great.I look for places like this and when you find a great one it's a treat.
Do Not just say we will have to try it. DO ITFantastic food, extras that were not listed and awesome. Hubby had Prime Rib and I had Lobster. SORRY, NO TIME FOR PHOTOS

On July 14, 2022 all the equipment was in the parking lot and huge clouds of dust/dirt was coming out the front door. No way this business could reopen anytime soon.
