Jordo's Pizzeria - Réserver une table

I grew up in Anna Jonesboro, but have lived in Indiana since the early 80 's.. Back in the 70 's and 80 's, pizza in the region was 'just OK ', but nothing special. When my mother turned 80, we had a large surprise birthday party for her at Jordo 's. I was absolutely impressed at the gourmet quality of the pizza. It was obvious that the ingredients were fresh and top quality, as opposed to the cheap ingredients found at many places. The place isn't much to look at, but the pizza is really good. You can tell they cut their own fresh ingredients, and the crust is thin and crisp. They cook in a traditional oven, not one of those conveyor belt things. The young lady at the counter always seems to know which order is mine without asking my name or anything!

The sub sandwiches are amazing! We had the Italian beef, which was absolutely delicious ?. It's also located in the charming, historical downtown area of Anna, IL, making it a great spot for a weekday or weekend visit. Check it out! Kid-friendliness: Cute old school pizzeria feel! Loved it!

Small town Anericana at it's best. A bustling rebirth of down town Anna has made this a must see stop while you're shopping !!!!!
