Jose Tequilas Mexicano Grill And Cantina

My experience with Jose Tequila's was alright. The service was ok. Entering the restaurant the Hotess was not friendly she was folding kids menus when we walked up. We patiently waited on her to finish folding before I had to say hello.Then with attitude she seated us. The waiter came over promptly and asked us what we wanted to drink. In no time our drinks arrived and we were ready to order. Our order came out. I ordered the Fajita salad and and chicken bowl. The food tasted ok and it was nothing to right home about. The food is fine, but where this place really shines is in its margaritas. I like the frozen strawberry margarita but the regular one is also fantastic. One honest criticism I have of this place though is that the menu is a mess. You should definitely study it before actually visiting the restaurant and attempting to find something you want to order. Great atmosphere and music in the background. Tasty margaritas and food. Would be a great location for dancing after the pandemic. Felt like I was on a vacation. Also has outdoor areas. I'll return there for certain.

Food (and margaritas) were delicious! We sat outside on the patio and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual meal and conversation. The servers were also very helpful and personable.

The tropical margarita was sooo good. The surf &turf tacos were good, but definitely ask for some extra turf (a little stingy with the steak). Great atmosphere with LIVE music.
