Wir haben das Schützenhaus Diana bei Josef in Elsenfeld zum ersten Mal besucht und waren absolut begeistert. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir von Josef persönlich begrüßt – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Essen: Der Dönerteller (Kalbfleisch) mit Pommes frites, Salat und Knoblauchsoße war schlichtweg ein Gedicht! Alles war frisch, sehr lecker und die Portion war mehr als reichlich. Das Ambiente ist angenehm rustikal, genau so, wie man es von einem Schützenhaus erwartet und schätzt. We went with two friends and their two children. Meals were excellent juicy lamb chops and beautiful plump, soft chips. Immer top Essen gemütlich im Sommer drausen Sitzen, mit dem Radel immer ein Besuch wert. Heute mal wieder reingeschaut ,der Josef und seine Bedienung die Özlem waren wieder super. Essen und Trinken wie immer top und die Schnäpse natürlich Programm.
Leider nur 3 Sterne. War am überlegen ob 3 oder doch nur 2. Der Grund ist leider der Service und die extrem lange Wartezeit auf das Essen. Am Essen selbst und am Ambiente ist dafür absolut nichts auszusetzen.
