The food was nice. The service no! The staff didn’t smile and the service so so slow. Last drinks were not called. We went to get another drink after spending a fair amount at dinner and they said bar closed. No ambience at all. We had a group of us and friends made the trip especially, and there wasn’t a welcome or conversation from the staff. Breakfast was very dis organised and cold. Couldn’t get a coffee made from barista as they were slow. May not have been the staff at fault the owner management , may not have had enough staff on or with experience for that level of accomodation. restaurant type service. We asked were the café was and were told , not sure
Was a lovely high tea with great service we thoroughly enjoyed it. My only negative is that all the hot food and cold came out together where as other high teas I have been to they bring out the savoury first then the sweet once savoury food finished. And first time I’ve ever had scones with icecream instead of cream and there was not enough. You don’t do icecream with scones is not right it should always be cream and not a teaspoon of icecream which went no where!!This would have been a better idea. But having everything at once I found it went to fast. But overall was a lovely day.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Tasha provided exceptional service and was incredibly helpful with all of our requests. The food and ambiance were both top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and my family and I will certainly be returning in the future!
