le changement de propriétaire n'a pas bien fonctionné pour ce restaurant. nous sommes allés un mardi soir lorsque le restaurant hpb constant était fermé. Je m'attendais à ce qu'il soit guéri, mais il était très peu protégé. le service était sale. les entrées étaient plutôt bonnes. pour les plats principaux, les plats duraient longtemps, même si le risotto n'était pas merveilleux et que le reste des bus ne tenait pas tout à fait ensemble. deux étaient bons. l'un d'eux était immangeable, un soi-disant goudron de citron, qui ressemblait plus à un keks sous-cuit avec une fine couche de citron sur le dessus, vraiment dommage. le village a besoin d'un bon restaurant. il pourrait prospérer grâce à...
Nous avons eu une célébration importante d'anniversaire de mariage au restaurant Le Saint Felix le 10 juillet 2016 pour 31 invités principalement venus d'Europe et d'outre-mer, organisée et coordonnée à distance, ce qui a été un énorme succès. La nourriture était excellente, le service impeccable et le personnel... a fait tout son possible pour rendre cette occasion mémorable. Les apéritifs et les canapés dans le jardin, suivis d'un repas assis dans la fraîcheur du restaurant, étaient le cadre parfait. L'exposition de gâteaux de célébration a été un final en beauté! Merci au Saint Felix pour les merveilleux souvenirs!
We had a significant birthday cum wedding celebration at Le Saint Felix on 10 July 2016 for 31 guests mainly arriving from Europe and overseas, organised and coordinated from afar, which was a tremendous success. The food was excellent, the service impeccable and the staff went to extraordinary lengths to make the occasion a memorable one. Aperitifs and canapes in the garden followed by a sit down meal in the cool of the restaurant were the perfect setting. The celebratory cake display was a finale with a flourish! Thank you to Le Saint Felix for the wonderful memories!
It won't be the best meal you have ever had in the Dordogne but if you are looking for a simple, decently cooked meal in a nice, rustic location then you won't go far wrong. We ate here one evening, having called in for a coffee the day before. It was cold but they had lit the log-burner and made us welcome. Food was ok, wine was very good. If you go to eat here with the frame of mind that you are going to have a decent, wholesome meal then you should leave fairly satisfied with your time spent at 'Le Saint Felix' as it is now called. This restaurant appears to have changed its name from Jour de Fete. We had not been for several years as we had previously had a very ordinary meal. Recently, however we dropped in for lunch were very surprised at the improvement. The value of...the 4 course lunch including wine was excellent In recent years we prefer to lunch out not to have to drive in the dark so this was a great find. Of course it still does evening meals but we would recommend their set lunch, which is available in 3 levels, to everyone
