Eating looks good! Hopefully it tastes good. I'll update the review later. Update, from five stars to 2 stars. Why? If I finally tried, I have to say very well. Pricewise price for a little food. I mean, I have chosen the choice of 4 proteins, was the maximum protein you can choose. I think I'll get a good portion plus the extra stuff like rice, vegetables, fruit etc. My food came at almost $20 with tax. And what really upset me was that they stuffed everything in a tiny clear bowl? But why? The bowl looks as if only 1-2 protein could absorb maximum! It was too packed that I can even get a good look at what I have in my bowl! Sloppy and inconspicuous! It ruined me for the first time. I bought it from the location near WNEC. I'd never try poke again. If you do, stick with 1-2 protein because the additional money you pay for 3 or 4 protein, ain?t it worth. You still get a small container with all the stuff that just stuffed all together. Thumb down!!!??

After I went to the facility for about two years, my opinion and experience with the owner was always that he has a lack or sense of what it is to provide a good customer service. He has no communication and a common courtesy. I'm never sorry about inconvenience or problems. Today I order to get over the phone because I wanted to eat on my thirty minutes break. After my arrival I received my order and knew something came from the entrance. After I opened the bowl, I saw that the contents were present on my side and things I demanded during my order were missing. I asked for a refund and had to explain why, the owner, three times. He did not apologize, asked how he could correct or compensate me for the inconvenience. Bad customer service, as it is hospitality.

I wanted to get a Poke Bowl for dinner tonight. When I gave the server my finished loyalty card, I was informed that they no longer honor it. I finished it two weeks ago. This business has made a decision that loyal customers are not important. This is unacceptable to me and I will not go back, EVER!!!! Update: I received a call this night from the manager who apologized for the misunderstanding. He informed me that they honor the loyalty cards, but come with a new app-based loyalty program in the near future. On this basis, I will give them the advantage of doubt and continue to promote their business.

I am so incredibly grateful that I finally stopped and tried this place out. Now I've been twice for lunch in less than a week. Even grabbed a customer punch card, because I plan on being a regular. Fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. I love the Hawaiian classic, and need to come back so I can try all of them.
