The atmosphere is simple and comfortable. I've gone for lunch twice recently and I've time it was quite full- the people after us had to wait quite a while- but the other time there were only one or two other tables. It's small so it can fill up quickly. The food is great and has a perfect spice level for me- hot but not too hot. Had Tom yum, coco soup, drunken noodles, Boba tea- all excellent. Wait staff were pleasant and efficient. Peter was an amazing server! He was friendly, efficient, and quick. He definitely deserves a raise! The food was perfect as always. It's consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, and Friday was no different. Joy Thai is one of the best restaurants in Williamsport. The pictures show our orders: Crabcake Pancake as an appetizer, Pad Thai with plain sticky rice, and Thai Ginger with rice as entrees, and Coconut Ice Cream and Mango with sweet sticky rice and toasted sesame seeds for dessert. Everything was fantastic!

The food at this restaurant is quite tasty. The Pad Thai is consistently good, but I particularly enjoyed the tofu chunks that were included, a nice change from the usual chicken Pad Thai. The yellow curry was also delicious, my first time trying it from this place. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they offer crab fried rice, which was excellent. My husband ordered the Thai basil chicken and found it to be satisfactory. The service, speed, prices, and serving sizes were all good.

This Thai restaurant is the best in the area and truly offers some of the best food around. The authentic dishes are top-notch and bursting with flavor! The staff is incredibly friendly, and we can't wait to come back and try more of their absolutely amazing Thai food. I came back to eat here cause I used to love this place and had my favorite buy the pad Thai was watery!! This is such a disappointment to all Thai people. Joy Thai is so good!! It’s my go to for take out. I’ve gotten lunch and dinner from here dozens of times in the past year. Everything I have tried has been delicious and I’ve never had any issues with the service. I’m really glad we have this place here in Williamsport.
