I visited this restaurant for the first time on Sunday after reading positive reviews on Google while passing through Sleepy Hollow, and I’m so glad we chose to stop here. We were a party of three, and since it was midday, we requested a table in the shade to stay comfortable and avoid direct sunlight. The staff quickly accommodated us, and one of them ended up being our server, which set the tone for a wonderful experience.
Our server, named Bridie (what a fantastic name!), was remarkable! She was incredibly friendly, funny, and personable; a true reflection of excellent service in the hospitality industry. She answered all our questions about the menu and offered solid recommendations.

The owner, Brian, along with his incredible staff, made our experience absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! We organized a last-minute event in July, just two weeks prior, after discovering JP Doyle’s online because it features a beer garden. Our plan was to have an outdoor ceremony at a nearby park and a reception at the beer garden. However, the night before the event, our outdoor plans fell through! Brian came to our rescue and saved the entire day! He quickly hopped in his car and took us to an outdoor venue that turned out to be even better than we could have imagined! Given the heatwave that lasted for a week, Brian also suggested his private party room, which his team decorated...
From the moment we arrived, there were reminders to wear masks before entering, and the tables were spaced out more than required. There were also social distancing reminders on the tables. All the staff wore masks, tables were not set until guests were seated, and they thoroughly cleaned tables and chairs after each party left.
As always, the food was fantastic, and it was clear the staff was happy to be back. They were courteous and respectful of social distancing. I'm thrilled to have returned to one of our favorite spots and to feel comfortable and at ease there. Thank you, JP Doyle's! We look forward to coming back soon!
The service was fast and very accommodating to our group of 4 adults+ 1 infant! Loved the decorations they have up for Halloween and the food wasn't bad. The veggie burger was actually an impossible or beyond burger type of patty, which was a pleasantsurprise (I was expecting the bean and corn type). I wish they had more options for me, though! Wish they had more seasonaldrink options, but the pumpkin ale is always solid. Note that the beer garden was not very accessible as there appeared to onlybe a long flight of stairs down to it.

I visited for the first time for a work event, and it was a fantastic experience! Both the owners and the staff were incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, and the appetizers were absolutely fantastic! This restaurant has just the right atmosphere for gatherings. It's divided into two areas, with the bar separated by a wall featuring clear mirrors on one side—such a nice touch! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it! I forgot to take more pictures, unfortunately!
Great food I was very impressed. Service was A bit spoty with the check being very hard to get ahold of but the food was very timely. My wife ordered A vodka cranberry that had A little too much love for her, but I could see others preferring thatespecially at A good price point as it was. Atmosphere was nice on it's own, but it was the Friday before Halloween so it wasvery crowded wildly load. I think when slow it would be great though so I don't think negatively on these aspects.
We came here back again for the second year in a row now when our city friends came up for festivities. The place is great for groups (we were about 12). The backyard has a bar and firepit which was a nice place to hang out after our meal. Overall the food was great. We got the Mac&Cheese and Penne Vodka. Service was friendly and fast. We'll be coming back soon!
I liked the food, I liked the prices. They have a nice outdoor space (beer garden), so it’s a good restaurant/bar to visit during Covid. Also, the service was really good. Btw, I love the Pink Whitney shot High Moon combo

A fantastic pub with wonderful, friendly service. Since the COVID pandemic, they have introduced a lovely outdoor beer garden in the back. It's an ideal spot for dinner and drinks, with plenty of space to enjoy outside.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We were impressed by the unique atmosphere and delicious food. The staff was incredibly friendly. I'm really glad we finally got to visit!
