Overall, eh. Food: got the cashew chicken and singapore rice noodles. Singapore rice noodles was decent but 70% of the cashew chicken was zucchini, reaaaally bad ratio of zucchini to... everything else, flavor was eh there as well. Service: we ordered calamari, were given edamame, asked later if we can get calamari too only to have our waitress point at the edamame. Outside of this though, she was friendly. My friends and I tried the crab rangoons, and they were amazing! They were big and filled to the brim. I ordered the drunken noodles with a variety of meats. The only downside was that the noodles were the thin, long ones usually used for pad Thai. I prefer the wider flat rice noodles for my drunken noodles. However, I really enjoyed the flavor, and the portion size was excellent! My friends had the pineapple curry, and both of them loved it! I don't visit this area frequently, but I will definitely consider coming back in the future!
I love JP's food!! It rivals all the food I've had around the world. We usually just get takeout because we like hanging at home. Our faves are lobster tempura roll and anything else on the menu!The green curry is fabulous! We've had so many different meals here that I can't remember all of them, but no matter what we get, we're never disappointed.Tonight, we ordered the lobster tempura roll, soft shell crab, monkey brains (tempura crab stuffed avocados), chicken lettuce wraps, and mongolian beef with fried rice!
While traveling in Colorado, I enjoyed lunch at J P Asion Bistro, and it was absolutely worth the journey, even though it's slightly away from the main roads. Their lunch specials are fantastic; you not only get your main dish but also several extras, like an egg roll and a selection of soups. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The owner even took a moment to stop by and greet us.

I visited JP's while working in the Denver area based on recommendations from my coworkers. The food was excellent, but the service fell short.
