I’ve had thousands of calzones from all over the world but the one I ordered here is one of my favorites! Pepperoni, mushroom, extra sauce. Thin flaky dough that was so buttery and savory I felt like I was getting to skip dinner and go straight to dessert! The ratio of filling to crust was perfect for my liking, focusing on a large amount of ingredients in each bite and on every square inch, even at the corners of the crust that usually don’t get as much love and attention! Other pizzerias have me ordering an extra side of sauce, but J Rocks Pizzeria left me completely satisfied with huge portions of perfection, leaving not a single bite of dry or over baked edges to be found! I absolutely love the food here—I’ve never ordered anything I didn't enjoy! I visited over the weekend and was one of only about five customers seated for a meal. However, it took an unusually long time to receive my order of six wings and fries. I got my wings, but was told that the fries were on their way, and they never arrived. I had to ask about them, and by the time I did, I had to box up my meal to leave. I noticed a few employees in the back chatting and laughing, which makes it puzzling why it took over 30 minutes for fries. While I enjoy the music playing, it was way too loud. Where do I start? This place is LEGIT!!! I ended up here randomly after searching online for food. I love to supported small businesses. The food and staff were on point. I was greeted with a big smile upon entering from Tyra. She also recommended some menu items with the wings being my favorite. Those sweet and spicy chili wings are a 10/10!!! The food was great and our Server Tyra customer service was great. She made sure she checked up on us and accommodated us with anything we asked for. When I come back I hope to have her as our server again. The place has a great atmosphere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
