I recently just went to Juan Pollo and let me tell you, amazing. The skin on that chicken is the best I ever had. The chicken breast was juicy which in chicken is very hard to get. The rice is amazing I love that they actually put chicken in it. I do not like mayo at all so I never get potato salad but the moment I tried this potato salad I fell in love with it. This is probably the only place I get potato salad from. The service was great for me when I went. And I truly appreciate the fact that they took every safety precaution necessary during these times by adding a screen between the customer and the cashier counter. Love the chicken?.but it?s such a BIG DEAL to your crew to honor the $19.99 text special you on your POSTED window. It was questioned by two of your employees, didn't know what I was talking about. After I challenged if I wanted the chicken back for 23.99 tx or my money, your manager. Not because I couldn't pay the price, but the lack of customer service. I miss your big chicken.
