This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience at this location! The first time, I ordered a catering tray of potato salad, and it was sour and had a terrible smell. This time, I ordered two pollo bowls, but they gave me dried-up leftover chicken. I called the store at 7:50, just ten minutes before closing, and no one answered. After eight calls, someone finally picked up, but they remained silent. I called again, and then they answered. This location really needs to improve! The staff is rude and has nasty attitudes. I will no longer be supporting this place!
The chicken here is delicious, and they serve the best hot salsa in town. Unfortunately, there's no indoor dining; it's takeout only. I usually just order a taco or a whole chicken to go. They offer great meal deals, but you must order to go since there's no dining option available. While this might save on drink refills, I think Juan Pollo is missing out on the opportunity for people to sit down, chat with coworkers, and enjoy a nice gathering with friends.
Absolutely the best food I've ever had! The chicken is always perfectly cooked, and all the side dishes are simply amazing. I usually order the Family Pack for myself and my friends. The only thing that could make it even better—enough for me to give it 10 stars—is if they included sour cream, guacamole, and cheese! Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight!
I went to Juan Pollo today, and the place was empty, yet they still managed to forget to include tortillas in my order. Did nobody even double-check? It’s honestly laughable. You’re a restaurant that specializes in tortillas, and I spent $30! What a shocker!
