Juan Valdez Cafe - Réserver une table

I'm a regular customer, I don't have much to say, just that I love it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I like it when you don't know what to order and I just tell them that I would like to try something new and they recommend me. Very successful. The space is ideal to go hang out, work or meet with friends. Wherever I go I like to bump into a Juan Valdez on purpose. I understand that in Sydney they don't have it yet, that's what they tell me, I will soon be in those parts and it would be great to have Nevado de Arequipe on the other side of the world. Since 9am is the worst service, is it that the Juan Valdez company deducts them from their salary for placing my points or making a promotion effective?
