I ordered two steak tacos with all the toppings, but was disappointed to see that my food was prepared without gloves by the same person who took my order and rang me up. When I brought up the lack of gloves, the employee agreed with me and promptly remade my order. However, none of the three employees working at the restaurant were wearing gloves, using their bare hands to handle and prepare the food. While my order was corrected, the use of bare hands instead of utensils is unsanitary. The toppings such as tomatoes, cheese, onions, cilantro, and more had likely been contaminated by their bare hands.
Was very disappointed. Ordered a taco bowl for me and bean burrito for my son who is a vegetarian today for Cinco de Mayp. His cost $6.99 and he was left hungry. They put practically no refried beans in it! It was filled with lettuce, tomato some avocado. He didn't order a meat so why not put morebeans??? Mine was ok tasting but there were no beans or cheese.The ground beef was weird. Too $ for what you get.
The owner is extremely friendly and the food is always delicious! The consistency and quality are top-notch. This restaurant is great for lunch with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food is rated 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Recommended dishes include the burritos. There is plenty of parking available.
I looove juan y yo. The taco dinners, taco bowl, quesdillas, etc are amazing. Their rice is also flame. Never have had a bad experience. Good customer service and such a cute environment. 10/10. Had the ribeye tacos and the shrimp tacos with a side of rice very very delicious and tasty. A lot of menu items to choose from. I definitely would come back and try other items on the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Taco De Chicharrón
