I've tried to place an order twice now and the robotic process doesn't help, the attendants can't write correctly and when they respond they don't show the slightest bit of empathy. There is an unusual lack of organization in delivery. Worst experience I've ever had with customer service. In the first attempt, the company had an outdated menu, charging a fee for Instagram and being more expensive when ordered in store, a lack of respect for the consumer. On the second attempt I was only alerted to the replacement of useless robots after 40 minutes of placing the order. The first time I ordered, it was supposed to come with double the amount of meat and it didn't come. I got in touch and they didn't even respond, the second time it took more than an hour to deliver, I asked on WhatsApp and they didn't even respond.
