We came for the Korean style shaved ice dessert, bingsu. The size of the regular bowl was huge! Definitely plenty for 2 to 3 people. However, as someone who grew up eating this and knowing how it is supposed to be made, this was a mild disappointment. The only options for toppings are: red bean and fruit. The red bean is placed in a side cup, not in the bowl And the fruit is just strawberries and blueberries. The regular shaved ice had no ice cream. And when we ordered it they forgot the mochi pieces. When I asked for it they gave it to us no problem. When we asked if they had the ingredients of the mochi because someone in our party is strictly gluten free, they said they didn’t know. It is...
So disappointed by this place. Cons: customer service is horrible (attitude, service and understanding). They made 3 errors out of an order of 4 things and gave us the worst attitude about it when we pointed it out. Also if you like bubble tea know that they only have it as slushies, not iced like usual. Finally the floor under the table had mussels shells and other food so not the most appealing place to eat. The food was quite delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also deserving a 4. However, the real highlight was the atmosphere, which was outstanding and definitely a perfect 5. Overall, a lovely dining experience!

So sad. I used to really like the pasta here. Even take them out for home. But lately no dedication at all. So much pasta, over cooked. So sad I think the chef does not cook anymore leaving the work to the employees who do not put any dedication and detail to the food.
