I?d like to preface this review with the fact I?ve never done an extensive review of a store. I stopped by to do a large delivery for a customer and was greeted by Joshua. He?s a wonderful person and makes a great environment for customers. Through him I was able to try the ginger fireball, beets, and ginger turmeric. All of the juices not only tasted unique but very high quality!! I can with certainty tell you that I felt amazing after the ginger turmeric one. Joshua is there to make sure you have a great day and he goes lengths to provide amazing customer service. Unfortunately, negative customer service experiences tend to stick with you. For instance, I still remember how Yard House spilled water on my father without offering an apology, and the incident when someone associated with Sweet Waffle Boba was disrespectful. That said, I wouldn't recommend Juice Press for a cup of ice cream or a cold drink, as it seems to be an inconvenience for them. When I ordered an ice cream drink this afternoon, the staff member wasn't pleased, and things only got more uncomfortable when I requested a cup of ice to help with my original order. His attitude towards me was off-putting, and I ultimately felt too uneasy to ask for my drink to be corrected after he reluc...
I just had one of the most greatest experiences at the Juice Press in Chestnut Hill. I am still amazed and never mind employee of the year, I vote Michael as Human of year. I walked into the store and ordered a smoothie and when asked I told Michael to add the best protein you have because I am visiting my mom in a nursing home. Michael said to wait one second and handed me a bag filled with soup for my mom. I couldn?t have thanked him enough. A super human with kindness that the world needs more of.
Overpriced and not fresh! When I asked one of the Baristas whether everything is freshened, they explained that most of their ingredients are pulverized, including their raspberries marketed as fresh fruit. The almond milk is also powdered. I paid $15 for powder and frozen bananas. I glue you to a smaller local juice bar where ingredients are actually made fresh. Also wanted to buy some juice, but it expired until 3 days!. The young girl who took care of me was at least nice, but never again Réservez une table maintenant
I live in southern Massachusetts, but I have now made a point to stop at Juice Press in Chestnut Hill when I get in the area due to the quality of the product. I was presented to them by the Too Good To Go app. I buy a pocket bag of random products from their store and I was very satisfied and surprised by the quantity and quality of the goods I receive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to support them!
Serious juicing smoothies found here reminds me of those old time pharmacies that used to sell natural remedies before big pharma came around and messed up the natural flow of things. My new go to place to feel better! ????? *Tip for management please put recycle bins and the acai is way too frozen it was good but it froze my teeth eating it.
Looking for the best avocado toast on gluten-free bread? Look no further! It was absolutely delightful, topped with an assortment of delicious extras like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, diced cucumber, and marinated kale. The service was quick and friendly as well.
