We arrived at 3:30 and were informed that table service would not be available until 4pm. We placed our order at the cash register, but at 3:40 other customers came in and were seated at tables. When my coffee arrived, the cup was dirty on the outside, likely from a previous dessert. We were not offered any water and had to remind the waiter that we had also ordered a dessert. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of service that was expected. As a result, three less customers will be returning to Juliette et Chocolat.
Waiting standing too much time... while available tables existAsked the waiter. She answers: We can not let you in . As we can not serve many people at same time. That will mix the orders and too much for them.Not logic at all . At least let the people sit and advise them the order will take more timeBy the way l asked for reservations. They said no . First arrive first served.... should I wait standing an hour while there are empty table for all waiting people
Nice decor, notice the first bench when you enter, it's like a chocolate bar that someone took a bit out of, cute!Service is very good and professional. We had a couple of minor mistakes with our order but they were so nice about it that it was easily forgotten.Amazing choice of drinks, from hot chocolate (the expensive type) to all kinds of coffee you can think of.Excellent place for breakfast, lunch or just for a nice desert.
We just came out from that branch the waiter gave us a table at the end of the place where they put their coats and the boxes of the fruits in front of us though there are many empty tables in the front , when we asked he told us strange excuse about the delay of service which i don’t understand, we left immediately and heading to another place ,maybe he didn’t like how we look like Réservez une table maintenant
Terrible service. Left standing at the door for 10mins. All the employees were talking amongst themselves not paying any attention at all. Brought us our dessert and didn't give us any utensils. Waited another 5minutes had to get up and find someone to bring us utensils. Never again because of the attitude and terrible service from the young women working there.
Ça faissais très longtemps j’étais pas venu Javais mes souvenirs avant covid disson!!Leur dessert sont toujours impressionnant! Ambiance ordinaire pas musique es que c’est un oublie peut-être faissais très froid avec air climatisée! Surtout que cetais une journée froide a extérieur cetais sûr on resterais pas 1 HR sur place lol mais bon ça enlève rien au menu
we went for lunch. It was not full like in evenings. They have a lunch special that is generous enough so that you can eat two on the same playe...if you are reasonable. You add a coffee and you're set.The food was excellent and there was enough in one plate for two.
