I am not sure how, but this restaurant has actually gotten worse. I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt a few times and each time it gets worse. The food is terrible!! I ordered a clubhouse sandwhich and was served a whole boneless chicken breast between two pieces of bread smeared with bbq sauce, mushy tomatoes and cold dry fries on the side. The service is so slow and unfortunately forgetful. I will give Jungle Jim's credit for the servers being accomadating and friendly and the restaurant as a whole was clean. However I didn't go there to admire the clean bathroom and to make a new friend. I went to get a simple lunch before a long drive and left unsatisfied, which I sup...

We were road weary and exhausted when we popped in here, so maybe we just had a bad outlook, but I was really expecting a bit better quality food for the price. The food was good, but for the bill we got at the end, I am used to getting more for the price.Good enough food - but not great value. We skipped this chain the rest of our trip.

The waiting staff was patient and sincere. They were happy to explain all the options and helped my colleague out who is vegetarian. The Headhunter Burger surprised me by its size as it looked bigger than picture. The sweet potato fries was amazing. Canadian beer was awesome but I didn't go for the 32oz one.And tourists love free Wi-Fi!

We had a group of 4 folks. It took 1 hour to get our meals. It was about 2/3 full when we ordered and was mostly empty by the time we left. The young lady serving us could have cared less. Prices were high for what you got. I will go elsewhere next time in town.

Typical Jungle Jim's food. But, on the better end quality-wise. We went on a busy night (wing night), and our food took a while to get to us. But, the staff was super attentive, gave us updates, and kept checking in on us. I was impressed.

This is one of our favorite restaurants! We come back often because everything always tastes delicious. The boquerones are super fresh and the calamari is tasty.

Food was ok but unremarkable in any area. Service ok for a chain as well. If you just want a sandwich it's ok. Drink menu was extensive but seemed expensive.

We had a great experience at the restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed the oxtail burgers, the veal cheeks, cheesecake, and apple/peach dessert.

Lab West business gone but if you find anywhere else it has great food. Hopefully will reopen in mall. Locals loved it. Great staff.
