Juniors Tavern - Réserver une table

I had a strange experience at this restaurant. I believe the owner was the one serving me. After I placed my order and handed her a $20 bill, she took a while fooling around with the cash register. Before returning my change, she asked, "You gave me a five, right?" I insisted that I had given her a twenty. She then proceeded to count the drawer and eventually gave me back $15, stating that she would give me the benefit of the doubt since the drawer was $10 over. There was no apology for the confusion. This behavior was extremely bizarre and it was clear that she knew what she was doing, as you wouldn't ask someone if they gave you a five if they actually gave you a twenty. It seemed like she...
