they managed to be here. sensational little place. highly recommended. I have been passing many paintings here, although the years and I wanted to check it since it was renovated. a beautiful little restaurant. very beautiful decorated with the perfect ambiente. quaint. comfortable. friendly. they have a small menu I love. several small plate options that serve as tapas style dishes or starters. a few pasta dishes and salads and a beautiful list of pizzas. we ordered 6 of the smaller plates. Creamy balls, calamari, pilger, creamy garlic mushrooms, spicy carrots and meatballs. meatballs were amazing. very light and soft in mouth, full taste. beautiful rich tomato sauce above the top. the creamy garlic mushroom is beautiful. teigbälle were better than what pizza express served (but I could bathe in the pizza express garlic butter). calamari was nice, but not one of the best I've eaten. kartoffeln were beautiful, soft, slightly carburized and gave a nice smoke taste. the pilger was very nice. sweet garnels in a rich tomato sauce with handy garlic and a bit chili. but his not true pilgrim. then we ordered 2 sensational desserts. tiramisu and caramel chocolate brownie. tiramisu was light as a cloud, but could have done with a bit more of the soaked sponge. it was really nice, but I was always looking for the sponge and alcohol to cut through the full of cream. the brownie was sweet, rich and heavenly. gray parts, but mostly soft and gooey. for me the brownie in mr. tanakas in hertford is really something special, but I would say that the brownie here is better. However, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a splash of cream needs to leave how rich it is. we are coming back in a definitiw. a beautiful place and great atmosphere. I would give the food and a total of 4 out of 5 as most of them was only warm as it was served. the restaurant as a whole gets 5. it must be a family-run place and it is simply beautiful.

what a wonderful place in a unique environment! beautiful staff (family ran it seemed) and tasty, generously serving eating. two of us came late on a Saturday evening without booking and not only one table, but also wonderful service and delicious food. will definitely come back when I move permanently into the opposite.

on Saturday, 19th February, my wife lorraine and I went to the station for Valentine's Day. another wonderful meal, the hostes were as friendly, polite and thoughtful as they were in the times we had previously been there. only a fantastic evening. I look forward to going back soon. Good.
