We ordered a delivery meal for 4. On ordering, at at around 1915 we were told it would be delivered in around 30-45 minutes. At around 2045 we tried to call to see when it would arrive, but they were not answering the phone. We were actually on the phone to order from another restaurant when the delivery arrived. When I told the delivery man (none of this was his fault} that the restaurant had lost customers due to the delay, and lack of contact, he said it was the fourth time he had been told they had lost customers that night. Food was OK, but not special.
Me and my wife went here after reviewing local Indian takeaways they had offers on so we went and ordered not knowing what I would like or what to order my wife has had lots of Indian so relied on her to advise me, well all I can say despite shop restaurant being a bit shabby/dirty the food more than made up for it we both had a set meal plus a shared naan bread well I can eat but it beat me,plenty of food, plenty of variety, and a very reasonable price, first impressions is I will try again although next time more of a sharing meal
This was our regular curry house before it got taken over by new management this year 2023, it was superb. The online ordering is terrible, because the Mon Wed Special's it does not allow you to select from Menu, whereas before you could. I then have to call the shop try to explain what I want. Twice now, I have had the phone go dead on me!! Eventually I get through able to make an order, but on the second account, I was missing a dish from the order.
We ordered a delivery online for nine people staying in a caravan park. The driver called us from the reception car park and we collected from there (I assume they're not allowed on the site without a pass). It was delivered exactly on time, food was hot and the order was all correct. We probably over ordered but bonus was that I had left overs for breakfast. It was enjoyed by all. We have used Justone twice with a break of six months or so. The food was piping hot, well packaged and cooked to perfection both times. It just seems that we have a recurring difference of opinion regarding honey. It's in everything -Even the saag paneer! If you have a sweet tooth, you will love this place. But we are more into our savoury side, and it's just not for us, unfortunately.
Booked on the off chance on a Sunday evening and what a splendid surprise. Very small little restaurant. Absolutely delicious food and not greasy at all, which is often the problem with Indian restaurant food. Very light onion bhajis. Light and tasty naan bread. Delicately spicy curries. What more could you wish for. Brisk takeout trade with loyal regulars. Will visit again.
Was heading for Wetherspoons when I saw this place. So glad I did! Some of the best Indian (or Bangladeshi? food I’ve ever tasted. New dish for me was Bakara which is very tasty and just the right amount of spice. It has been said that you can judge an Indian restaurant on the quality of its Tarka Dhal. It was excellent and the Pilau rice was fluffy and cooked just right.
The set meal for one is fantastic value. Best peshawari naan I've ever had. Onion bhajis are huge. We've only ever had the set meals, had 4 meals now, they've all been good and we've never managed to eat it all, you get loads for your money. Not the smartest of places to look at so don't judge a book by it's cover as the food is really good. Réservez une table maintenant
We ordered Online for us to collect, this earned us a 15% Discount . The food was ready on time and handed over by a cheerful Friendly Lady. The food was still hot when we got to our Caravan and we tucked in, all was plentiful and tastey. Well worth a visit but not a lot of Seating available so best for a Takeaway.
