1. Waitress was incredibly rude to our table of 5. We had two couples and a single person. She became quite hostile when we asked if she could separate our checks after she asked if one bill was ok. Tried to eat dinner here. Restaurant was not open so we sat at the bar to have a drink and wait. The bartender passed by us 5 times making sure not to make eye contact and offered no greeting. He finally after 20 minutes acknowledged us and said he would be right with us. About that time a walk up customer arrived and our bartender left us to wait on the new arrival. Went for breakfast. Waitress Lexus started off very pleasant. Then service got pretty bad. Drinks were empty often. There were 3 servers and 3 tables, so not busy. Food was just OK and expensive. Home fries sit in a metal bowl under the heat lamp. We were there an hour and same potatoes were there. Biscuits tasted old. Lexus have us our bill, never offered any drinks, as all were empty. Went there for drinks and appetizers. Horrible service we were there for almost an hour and another party comes in and 15 minutes later they get there food so we complain why we haven't gotten our order and waitress gets upset and says they are very busy. We talk to someone else and says they gave our order to someone else. Finally get our order 15 minutes later with a bad attitude. Will never go back again

What a place, But make sure and ask for Hanna B. She is a beauty, has fun with your table and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Food was really good and drinks fantastic too. Great spot to hit up and have just a quick drink as well, did that a couple time for a night cap. The desert was amazing get the key lime pie.
Our waitress, Toni from Texas redeemed our visit to JWB grill — it started rocky but ended very pleasant (it took a while for the Mgr to seat us). Food was great, trout cooked to perfection, really good sticky ribs. Thanks so much, Toni. Don’t know the lady Mgrs name but thank also for checking on us
Our stay at the was fantastic. On the morning we checked out we had brunch at the JWB grill, Ian was very helpful, kind and gave great service. Cathy was also very helpful and informative. She even went above and beyond, giving us a hand written holiday card. We will be back again soon.
Ate here yesterday. I got the fish tacos and fries. The fries were great and food was hot upon it being served to me. There was a good amount of fish in them but they were pretty tasteless. The hostess and waitress were not very friendly and the hostess did not even greet me.

Solid spot not far off Broadway…ask Hanna B about the dessert that tastes like bananas or maybe carrots, but has neither in it…great host, and we had a lot of fun!
Not impressed at all. Bartender didnt speak once. Food was way over priced for what it is. Band wasn't even good. Clean and good location.
