K And J's Elegant Pastries

On March 14, 2024, I ordered four cinnamon rolls for my family and myself. I had never tried anything from K and J before and was excited to do so after hearing some great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with these cinnamon rolls was terrible. They were dry and seemed like they were several days old. They looked as if they had been purchased from another store and simply delivered to me. Moreover, they tasted bland, with hardly any hint of cinnamon at all. I will not be ordering from them again.

I had the red velvet cake cheesecake. The cheesecake part was delicious! And I dont usually eat cheesecake. I would have like for the red velvet cake to be moist and more rich. But overall, I ate the heck out of it. (That cheesecake and icing won me over) I also ordered the cinnamon rolls...which they never drop the ball. The cinnamon rolls are soft and amazing. Its always my go to item!

The cake is absolutely delicious, but I was a bit disappointed with the packaging this time, as a large piece from one of my slices was missing. It's too good not to enjoy every last bit! It was also unusual that it wasn't individually wrapped, but since I'm at home, it's not a big deal. I really love the cake, though!

The cookies are enormous and incredibly tasty. This is definitely the best bakery in Birmingham, no question about it! Réservez une table maintenant
