We use this KFC regularly to exchange our dogs. On the last visit on 09/08/2023 that lasted 1 hour and 12 minutes we were later presented with a parking fine with an early payment of £60.00. I contacted KFC to firstly complain that no mention of the parking from free 90 mins to 60mins had recently taken place. Secondly, that we waited just over 20 minutes to receive our order and thirdly, if they could talk to the parking regulators that we were a true patron of their business on that day. Well, it all fell on deaf ears and they did not help at all. Well, what I can say is that we will NEVER be going back there again as a result of this stupid parking fine and 60 minutes free is beyond a jok...
I have to use this KFC as it is the only one close to where I live. If there was an alternative then I'd definitely use it. Bins outside and in are invariably overflowing and tables often strewn with debris left by others that has not been cleared. Hit and miss as to whether the interactive ordering screens work. When you get the food (after painfully slow service and checking they've included everything you've ordered-which is a rarity) it actually tastes quite good. Shame:used to be an ok place but is in sad decline.
I went to dine in during tea time with my 18-month-old grandson. There was only one highchair available for the entire restaurant. The service was slow, and the restaurant and tables were dirty, so we had to clean them ourselves. There were drinks spilled on the floor and tables next to us, but no one came to clean it up. The food was average, but the beans were terrible - very watery. Please improve your service before it's too late. We also had to wait a long time for our order to arrive.
I was second in line at the drive-thru, but it took an hour to receive my order. When I finally got it, the chips were cold and the chicken was warm. The employee at the food window seemed unconcerned when I mentioned the long wait. This is not fast food at all - it would have been quicker to cook at home. I recommend avoiding this restaurant and heading to the takeaways across the road for true fast food.

WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO VISIT. The floor was dirty and sticky it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff are NOT there to help you. I asked for a printed receipt and they tried to fob me off with a receipt for a completely different order. The member of staff in question, couldn't give a stuff.
Arrived, ordered food, could not sit down, tables overflowing with old food, cartons, mess everywhere. Never seen anything like it, chicken bones , sauce everywhere, you'd think been a big fight. Very unhygienic
There is a lot of room for improvement at this restaurant. The experience is a bit inconsistent, but it is convenient and affordable. However, the quality of the food really needs to be improved.
Staff on phones behind the counter, mess on every table, staff missed some of the order. All bins over flowing, cold food! bad management.... shocking and disgusting never again.

Terrible service cold food 20 minutes at drive through and only 2 cars. Possibly the worst drive through I have ever been to
